Dr Christopher Powell-Brett 

Dr Powell-Brett graduated from St Thomas’s Hospital and has been in private general practice at The Basil Street Practice since 1968.  He is an extremely experienced physician and, in the case of some families, is now looking after the fourth generation!  Over the years, the emphasis of his practice has changed from being largely paediatric based to one that is now predominantly dealing with the numerous problems associated with the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, neurology, back and joint issues and cancer.  He will advise and carry out travel vaccinations and has an interest in evaluating emotional, psychiatric and addiction problems.  He is the medical advisor to a number of companies and does routine medical check-ups on their senior employees, as well as his own patients. 

He enjoys running, is a keen golfer, an adventurous traveller and is a trustee of The Woodmen of Arden, an ancient archery society.
