Dr Gillian Lee

Dr Gillian Lee trained at the University of London, achieving a Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience and Basic Medial Sciences) with First Class Honours from King’s College in 2002 and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Distinction from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 2005. She went on to specialise in general practice achieving her general practice qualification in 2013, becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Gillian is passionate about providing holistic assessments for her patients, looking at health promotion as well as diagnosis and management of illness. She works as a Clinical Effectiveness Lead in South East London, helping practices to improve care for long term conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma and chronic kidney disease.

Gillian also has a special interest in dermatology and obtained a distinction in her Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from Queen Mary’s University of London in 2013. She has been working as a GP with an Extended Role in Dermatology for over ten years. Her special dermatology interests include skin cancer and benign skin lesions, skin checks, mole mapping, dermoscopy, eczema/dermatitis and psoriasis.

Away from work, Gillian is kept busy looking after her three children.
